Getting Ready to Rent

Tenant Screening
Our comprehensive tenant screening process ensures you find and keep high-quality residents. We check an applicant's credit report, verify employment and other income, check rental references, and more. We will work with you to help ensure you are compliant with Fair Housing Laws.
Lease Signing & Inspection
We'll meet with your new tenants to sign their lease documents, which have been developed to help protect you. We'll conduct a property inspection to document the condition of the property at the time of move-in.
Rent Collection
We make it easy for your tenants to pay rent through our online resident portal. They can set up automatic payments that improve on-time rent receipts. We quickly process rent payments and send electronic payments directly to your bank account.
Repairs & Maintenance
Sit back and relax while we handle the coordination and oversight of all maintenance and repairs your property needs. Residents can easily request maintenance through their online portal. Our team of experienced maintenance technicians take care of issues fast.
Inspections & Notices
We will inspect your property on a regular basis to make sure your tenant is caring for it. In addition, we'll prepare any notices that might be necessary (past-due notices, property condition notices, etc.)
Recordkeeping
You will receive a monthly statement for your rental property showing rental income and expenses. At the end of the year, you'll receive an annual statement, along with a 1099 for tax purposes. You can access your property's records 24/7 using our online investor portal.
